Products are available exclusively online through sinkswimwear.com. Products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Returns Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product, whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment card charged. If your payment has already been taken and we cancel your order, we will issue a full refund.

For orders shipped to the USA and Canada, all duties and taxes are covered by Sink — you will never receive an unexpected import charge. For other international destinations, any applicable duty coverage is stated at checkout on a per-country basis. Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery.
