No Refunds: We do not offer refunds on items purchased during Black Friday or any sales period

Exchanges: You may exchange your item for another size or style, subject to availability.

Store Credit: Alternatively, we can issue a store credit note for the value of your purchase.

Return Shipping: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Return Timeline: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags intact.
By placing an order during a Sales period, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team.
Your return will be processed within 5 DAYS once we receive it back at our warehouse.
We do not have free returns for international. Labels cost $25 if purchased through our returns portal.

NOTICE: Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer’s responsibility and a refund will not be given until we have received them. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
Sink Swimwear will only refund the cost of delivery if your order is incorrect or faulty. If the item was faulty when you receive it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt.
