Overview
All orders are processed and shipped from our UK facility at Sink Swimwear Limited, 4 The Mews, Charlton Place, Manchester, United Kingdom.
We aim to provide a smooth, reliable, and premium delivery experience — both within the UK and internationally.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed and another notification with tracking details once it’s dispatched.
Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

During busy periods, sales, or new product launches, processing may take up to 3–5 working days.

Orders placed after 12pm (GMT) will be processed the next working day.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
UK Shipping
All UK orders are sent via DPD.
You’ll receive tracking details once your parcel is on its way.

International Shipping
Customs & Import Fees
We pay all customs & duties for most countries across USA, Australia, UAE, you will see at checkout whether they are covered for your region, if there is a problem please contact us at info@sinkswimwear.com
EU orders have no duties under £150, over £150 will be charged at checkout once you enter your address.
If you refuse to pay customs fees (if applicable), your parcel may be returned or destroyed by local authorities — in such cases, we cannot issue a refund.
Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be held responsible for:

Pre-Orders
If you purchase a pre-order item, your order will be dispatched once the item is in stock.
Estimated dispatch dates will be shown on the product page.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship together unless otherwise stated.
Split Shipments
We may occasionally ship your order in multiple parcels if stock is held in different locations.
You’ll receive a separate tracking email for each shipment.
Failed Deliveries & Returns to Sender
If a delivery attempt fails and the parcel is returned to us due to:

an incorrect address,

missed delivery collection, or

unpaid customs fees,
we can reship your order (at your cost) or refund the item value (minus original shipping).
Tracking Your Order
You can track your shipment through the link provided in your dispatch email or by logging into your Sink Swimwear account.
If you haven’t received tracking information within 5 working days of ordering, please check your spam folder or email info@sinkswimwear.com.
