Returns

We hope you love your Sink Swimwear pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your order easily through our online returns portal:

Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered.
If more than 14 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.

  • All original packaging, tags, and hygiene stickers must be intact.

  • You’ll need your order number and email address to start the process through our portal.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, or are missing hygiene stickers or tags

  • Items returned after 14 days from delivery

For hygiene reasons, swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Items that don’t meet our hygiene standards will not be accepted for return.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified via email through the portal whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

If your refund hasn’t arrived after that time:

  1. Check your bank or card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider — some processing times may vary.

  3. If it’s still missing, email info@sinkswimwear.com for assistance.


Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund.
Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded unless faulty.


Exchanges

You can also request an exchange (UK only) through the returns portal (subject to stock availability).
If your requested size or item isn’t available, we’ll automatically issue a refund instead.


Gifts

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item.
If the order wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.


Return Shipping

UK Orders

  • Orders over £150 qualify for free returns unless in the sale

  • Orders under £150 will have a £4 return label fee (deducted automatically when using the portal).
    Labels and instructions are provided once your return is registered through the portal.

International Orders

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, any prepaid return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage, especially for items over £75.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return without tracking information.
