For online purchases, we operate a 30-day return guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it to us in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of receipt and we will issue a refund, store credit, or — for UK orders — an exchange. Original shipping costs are not refunded unless your order is incorrect or faulty. Sale or discounted items can only be returned if faulty.

United Kingdom

We offer free 30-day returns and exchanges for all UK orders. Start yours through the returns portal above.

USA, Canada & Europe

Returns are managed through our returns portal above. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. We are unable to offer exchanges on international orders — if you need a different size, return for a refund and place a new order.

Rest of World

Please contact our concierge at info@sinkswimwear.com and we will arrange your return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please Note

For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on bikinis with the hygiene sticker removed, or on hats. Swimwear must be tried on over underwear. Returned parcels remain your responsibility until they reach us — we recommend a tracked or signed-for service and retaining proof of postage.

2-Year Guarantee

All Sink swimwear is backed by our 2-year guarantee. If your swimwear becomes damaged through no fault of the wearer, email info@sinkswimwear.com and we will arrange a brand new replacement.
